- Holiday Shipping Delays: During the holiday season, delays can occur, especially with the carrier's scanning process. If tracking information hasn’t been updated but a label has been created, it could indicate that the carrier has yet to update their system.

- Orders are shipped from Florida.
- Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Customer support responses are only provided during business hours. Emails sent on weekends will receive a reply on the next business day.
