  • Personalized Products: FeistyFruit.com strives to ensure products are free from manufacturing defects (excluding poor picture quality due to the customer's uploaded image). Customers should review their personalization details carefully before placing an order.
  • Order Changes: No changes can be made to orders once they are placed, as they immediately enter production.
  • Order Cancellations: FeistyFruit.com reserves the right to cancel orders deemed inappropriate due to language, content, or material.

Shipping Delays & Holiday Season

  • Holiday Delays: FeistyFruit.com tries to ensure gifts arrive on time, but during busy seasons, unexpected delays may occur. If the guaranteed delivery time is missed, shipping & handling fees will be refunded after confirming the package hasn’t arrived on time.
  • Adverse Weather & External Delays: No refunds are issued for delays caused by weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances affecting FeistyFruit.com or its carriers.

Refund Situations & Outcomes

  1. Lost Package (In Transit for 4+ Weeks):

    • Outcome: If deemed lost by the Post Office, a refund minus shipping is offered, or a replacement item will be sent.
  2. Order Didn’t Arrive on Desired Date:

    • Outcome: No refund is given for missing a specific delivery date, as the company doesn’t guarantee delivery dates.
  3. Spelling Error:

    • Outcome: If the mistake is FeistyFruit.com’s fault, a partial or full refund (minus shipping) or replacement order is offered. If the customer made the error, no refund is provided.
  4. Poor Photo Quality:

    • Outcome: If the poor quality is due to FeistyFruit.com’s mistake (based on the uploaded image and guidelines), a refund or replacement is offered. If the issue is due to customer-uploaded images, no refund is given.
  5. Order Not Shipped Yet & Want to Cancel:

    • Outcome: A full refund is provided if the order has not shipped.
  6. Incorrect Address:

    • Outcome: If the order is shipped to the address provided by the customer, no refund is offered.
  7. Received Incorrect Order:

    • Outcome: A photo and order number are required. If the mistake is FeistyFruit.com’s, a full refund or replacement order is provided. If it’s the customer’s mistake, no refund is given.

Refund Eligibility & Process

  • Eligibility: Refunds can be requested if there is a product defect or shipping issue, or if an order is canceled before shipping.
